Orders must be paid in full before delivery can be arranged. China Warehouse Direct will retain ownership of the product/s until payment has been made in full.
Delivery: It is our aim to despatch all stock orders received to UK Mainland within 14 days from receipt of cleared payment. For item/s / orders which are not held in stock, an approximate lead time will be provided within 2 working days where the customer will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel the order for a refund.
Postage and Packing charges are inclusive only for deliveries to UK Mainland. For deliveries outside of this area or for remote locations, there will be a delivery surcharge. Please contact us prior to ordering for deliveries outside of UK Mainland where we can provide a delivery quotation.
At the point of delivery, please inspect the packaging and indicate on any delivery paperwork if there is any obvious signs of damage.
The products are to be inspected on receipt by the customer and will be deemed to have been accepted unless we are notified in writing within 7 days
All risk of loss or damage will pass onto the customer following receipt of the goods by the customer
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return the item,
please notify us in writing within 7 days with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with full instructions for the return of the item
To qualify for a refund items must be returned in their original condition in their original packaging or equivalent grade packaging.
Please note that the item being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend when returning an item/s that a delivery service is used that insures you for the full value of the goods being returned as we cannot bear responsibility for items returned in a damaged state
Any Refund due will be processed as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from receipt of goods.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order then please notify us as soon as possible, up to 14 days from the date the order is placed. Any order/s that has already been despatched will need to be returned to us at the buyers expense. If any part of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable this does not invalidate the remainder of these terms and conditions listed
None of the terms and conditions listed affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Any arising disputes shall be determined/governed by English Law by the courts in England & Wales
